Ratasha Harley

Originally from Hawai'i, Mrs. Harley moved to Annapolis in 2007. She is a wife, mother of four awesome children, historian, educator, and community advocate. Her call to service is solidified by her faith, and her passion for education and advocacy are what to led to building One Annapolis, Inc.
